In 2024, it ranks first in Turkey in the prefabricated sector in terms of total capacity and production with its facilities in Kütahya Zafer Organized Industrial Zone in an area of 42.000 m² with Sayın Prefabricated brand. In these facilities, bridge beams, industrial, residential, infrastructure (box box) and superstructure elements are produced and assembled in prestressed or non-prestressed systems in standards related to the most accurate and economical sections in static calculations and projects.

The quality standards of our company, which is a member of the Ready Mixed Concrete Association and the quality assurance system, have been certified by these institutions in the audits carried out during the year.
In 2017, Sayın A.Ş. stepped into the marble sector and became a sought-after company in the sector with its block production capacity in Muğla and Afyon Quarries and the quality of sized products in the marble factory. It has strengthened its position in the marble sector with its quarries in Bilecik, Uşak and Antalya. In 2024, with Marmosium, which was incorporated into its structure in 2024, it has become a leading company in marble project applications and marble furniture designs and applications.

With the 2 MW solar power plant, which started operations in Afyonkarahisar/Bayat region in 2024, it continues its investments in this field by meeting its energy needs with environmentally friendly methods. It aims to increase its total capacity up to 10 MW.
