Karahisar Mining . is a well-established family business founded nearly 70 years ago by our grandfather. Our journey began in 1940 with travertine quarrying in Denizli and soon expanded with a factory in Afyon Bacakale, where modern German machinery brought a new dimension to production. This enabled us to contribute to prestigious projects such as Anıtkabir and the Turkish Grand National Assembly Building.
In 1989, we acquired our İzmir factory, modernized its infrastructure, and boosted production capacity, taking advantage of the port city to increase exports. In 2003, we opened our own warehouse in the U.S., ensuring fast and direct service to the American market. Alongside exports, we expanded quarry operations in Afyon, Akhisar, Antalya, and Isparta, offering a wide range of unique products. Today, managed jointly by the 3rd and 4th generations, our company continues to grow with modern technology, recognized worldwide as a trusted brand in major projects.
